1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dox Elite Traders platform ("the Platform"), including all associated websites, APIs, mobile applications, and trading interfaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Dox Elite Traders ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the State of California, United States.

2. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. The Platform is not available to persons residing in jurisdictions where its use would violate applicable laws or regulations.

You further represent that you are not a resident of any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, or His Majesty's Treasury of the United Kingdom.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where we believe that user conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of the Company or its users.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

You agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Each individual or entity is limited to one account unless explicitly authorized in writing by the Company. The use of automated methods to create multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

4. Services and Trading

The Platform provides access to multi-asset trading across cryptocurrencies, stocks, indices, foreign exchange, and commodities (collectively, "Instruments"). The Company acts as an intermediary and does not provide investment advice, portfolio management services, or fiduciary services of any kind.

All trading decisions are made solely by you. You acknowledge that the Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data, signals, analytics, or other information provided through the Platform.

The Company offers copy trading functionality that allows users to replicate the trading activity of designated third-party traders ("Experts"). You acknowledge that past performance of any Expert is not indicative of future results, and the Company makes no representation as to the skill, qualifications, or future performance of any Expert.

5. Fees and Payments

Trading on the Platform is subject to fees as published in the fee schedule available on the Platform. The Company reserves the right to modify its fee structure at any time, with reasonable notice provided to active users. Continued use of the Platform following a fee change constitutes acceptance of the revised fees.

Deposits may be made via bank transfer, credit or debit card, or supported cryptocurrency wallets. Withdrawals are processed according to the stated processing times for each method and are subject to identity verification requirements in accordance with our KYC/AML policies.

All fees are denominated and payable in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or governmental levies applicable to your trading activity.

6. Risk Disclosure

TRADING IN FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS AND IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ALL INVESTORS. YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY CONSIDER YOUR FINANCIAL SITUATION, RISK TOLERANCE, AND INVESTMENT OBJECTIVES BEFORE ENGAGING IN ANY TRADING ACTIVITY.

Cryptocurrency trading, in particular, is subject to extreme price volatility, regulatory uncertainty, and technological risks including but not limited to blockchain network congestion, smart contract vulnerabilities, and exchange security breaches. You acknowledge that the value of cryptocurrencies can fluctuate dramatically and that you may lose the entire value of your investment.

Leveraged and derivative products carry additional risks and may result in losses exceeding your initial deposit. The Company does not provide leverage or margin trading except where explicitly offered and subject to separate terms and risk disclosures.

The Company maintains insurance coverage for certain assets held in custody. However, this insurance does not cover losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account, trading losses, or market events. Details of our insurance coverage are available upon request.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on the Platform are the property of Dox Elite Traders or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Platform or any portion thereof without the express written consent of the Company.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

The Company's total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to the Company during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one thousand United States Dollars (USD $1,000).

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by closing your account and ceasing all use of the Platform. The Company may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform shall immediately cease. The Company will process any outstanding withdrawal requests in accordance with its standard procedures, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Arbitration shall take place in San Francisco County, California, and shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
